"Alignment of direction is the most important thing so that we can step more focused and consistent in facing market changes," he said.

Open New Branch to Expand Operations

One of HMS's key strategic moves this year is to open a new branch in Vietnam. This expansion aims to expand the company's logistics network while strengthening service connectivity in the Southeast Asia region which continues to grow as a global manufacturing hub.

With a presence in Vietnam, HMS hopes to bring more stable and efficient logistics access to customers running cross-border supply chains.

Focus on Specialist Logistics Services

In addition to geographical expansion, HMS is also strengthening its focus on several core services that are considered to have high growth potential. The company's three main sectors include project logistics for large-scale project delivery, air freight which demands high distribution speeds and LCL Export Consolidation for the delivery of goods with more flexible volumes

With this strategy, the company wants to build a global logistics network that is more integrated and responsive to customer needs.

AI Integration for Logistics Efficiency

Digital transformation is also an important part of HMS's strategy this year. The company began to integrate Artificial Intelligence technology in its logistics operational system.

This technology will be used to improve operational process efficiency, data transparency, and speed of decision-making in logistics management. This approach is considered important amid the increasing complexity of global supply chains.

Unifying the Company's Vision in 2026

For HMS, 2026 is not only about business expansion, but also about strengthening the company culture and team alignment. By carrying the spirit of "1 Team, 1 Goal, 1 Mission," the company hopes to strengthen internal collaboration while providing more innovative logistics services for customers in the global market.

"Through this strategic focus, we are optimistic that we can face the dynamics of international trade and make 2026 a glorious year of growth," concluded Reef Man.
