Admin Assistant Manager

Job Description :

- Ensure companye report of branches admin expenses,  building maintenance, car mainteance
- Be responsible for Corporate Licensce, Corporate Vehicle
- Arrange expartiate’s permit (RPTKA,IMTA,Visa, ect)

- Filing and documentation management

Requirements:

- Minimum Bachelor's Degree (Psychology or Law) with minimum GPA of 3.0
- Experience in GA, HR Derpartment at least 5 years.

Tax Finance Assistant Manager

Job Description :

- Check and verify the accuracy of all reports before submit them to General Manager and Group Manager.
- Have auditing expereince. Review and verify the accuracy of inputted data and financial information. 
- Evaluate and control all expenses as per budget planned.
- Control all documents collection progress for Account Receivables, Taxation, and Petty Cash.
- Control the achievement of collection targets in accordance with cash flow projection.
- Liaising with Banks, Financial Institutions and Government Departments if needed.
- Evaluate, organize and motivate the assigned staff.
- Maintain coordination with managers in another department to make sure all standard operating procedures run properly.
- Complete and achieve all targets given by Group Managers.
- Understanding of taxation laws and have experience of company investment projects 

Requirements:

- Age 35 - 45 years
- Minimum Bachelor Degree in Accounting from reputable University
- At least 12 years of working experience with 3 years’ experience in assistant managerial position is required
- Strong Tax, Accounting and compliance background
- Having brevet A & B sertification.
